Kenneth Torres is 37 years old and currently residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is the regional director for West Coast Services. He originally was born in NY and raised in NJ. He grew up experiencing a life of hauntings; his family was tormented by an evil entity growing up and encountered many paranormal experiences. He is of Puerto Rican descent, and has ties into Santeria. One of his relatives was a high-level practitioner in this Caribbean practice. Kenneth is a US Marine veteran with honorable service who was medically retired, while suffering injuries in service to his country. Kenneth has a background in counterterrorism and government contracting with the federal government. He holds multiple certificates and a degree in counterintelligence and security studies. With over 15 years of experience in this this field, he has studied the Occult and Demonology; he is now an ordained minister and working on his seminary Certificate

Dalton Harrell is the Regional Director of Services for the Southern United States and resides in North Alabama. Dalton is a gifted empath and healer. He started researching the paranormal at the young age of 15 and has not stopped since. His primary goal is to help people in need concerning their paranormal activity. Over the course of his career he has been involved with not only cases involving human spirits but cases involving inhuman spirits, the demonic.  Since working these cases he has studied the various sacred rites of blessings and exorcism. KT Tibbitts Williams grew up in a haunted house in England, and now lives in Auckland, New Zealand. An experienced Witch, Priestess, and Initiate of the Mysteries, she is a psychic and empath: sensitive to presences, and able to pick up on the emotions and energies of people and places.
